This is the total of the Explore Mentoring Package and the Actualize Mentoring Package rolled into one transformative series. You’re alive. This is your life. It’s happening right now. Fucking live it!

This package is a combination of the Explore Package, which is a mentoring package taking you through the discovery phase, where the journey begins, and the Actualize Package, which is when you take those things that you discovered and begin to design and implement practices that allow you to live your life in a way that actually benefits from that knowledge. There is seeing, which is it’s own journey. And then there is doing. People often skip one or the other, but moving through life with intentionality requires both. The grass thins in the places where we walk and it grows in the places we ignore, and this is how roads are built. To build a new road, you have to realize that there are other places where it is possible to walk, and then you have to walk there. The timeless is a mutable, living structure, whose shape is built by our doings, ongoing.

It is split into two phases, which includes:

Phase I:
From the Explore Package:
– Introductory (Two Hour) Mentoring Session: We will start with an Extended Session, this is a two hour, one on one, session. This gives you room to speak and allows me to have a deeper understanding of your context and needs.
– Assessments for evaluating aspects of your life that you have been taught to look away from or tune out. We will be using these to help you regain the ability to hear and honor your own heart.
– Guided Journaling and Activities: I will be giving you homework. And over time you will begin giving yourself homework. I’ll show you how.
– 6 Standard Mentoring Sessions: These are each one hour, one on one sessions. As you go through the exercises and evaluations, we will meet and help direct the flow of your progress. We will go over your evaluation results, discuss your journaling and other assignments, and adapt as your ideas and needs begin to shift.
– Summary Report: This is a written document that I will prepare at the end of our time together so that you can take what you have learned with you, in case you need to remember.

Phase II
From the Actualize Package:
– Opening (Extended) Mentoring Session: We will start with an Extended Session, this is a two hour, one on one, session. This gives you room to speak and allows me to have a deeper understanding of your context and needs.
– Assessments for evaluating what world you would like to live in and what practices will be of benefit to you in the crafting of that world.
– Guided Journaling and Activities: I will be giving you homework. And over time you will begin giving yourself homework. This is how we actualize. By doing.
– 6 Standard Mentoring Sessions: These are each one hour, one on one sessions. As you go through the exercises and evaluations, we will meet and help direct the flow of your progress. We will go over your evaluation results, discuss your journaling and other assignments, and adapt as your ideas and needs begin to shift.
– Action Plan: At the end of the Explore Package I give you a written summary of the things that you uncovered during our work together. At the end of the Actualize Package you will receive a document that we create together outlining what actions you have discovered, devised, or decided upon, to exert influence over your own direction and experience of your world into a future that you are, even now, actively creating.
