This package is designed to be the beginning of a journey. A journey starts with a very fundamental question. A question of self and world. This package includes a combination of one on one coaching sessions, assessments, journaling prompts, thought exercises, and other activities and assignments, designed to work together to guide a person towards a revelatory experience. This is the work of identifying the structures of the world that have been built around us to hold us in, so that we can begin to deconstruct them. The point here is not to "see the chains." Everybody can already see the chains. The point here is to see the world OUTSIDE the cage. To the vast expanse. Because, and this is gonna kick your ass if you understand it

Includes:
- Introductory (Two Hour) Mentoring Session: We will start with an Extended Session, this is a two hour, one on one, session. This gives you room to speak and allows me to have a deeper understanding of your context and needs.
- Assessments for evaluating aspects of your life that you have been taught to look away from or tune out. We will be using these to help you regain the ability to hear and honor your own heart.
- Guided Journaling and Activities: I will be giving you homework. And over time you will begin giving yourself homework. I'll show you how.
- 6 Standard Mentoring Sessions: These are each one hour, one on one sessions. As you go through the exercises and evaluations, we will meet and help direct the flow of your progress. We will go over your evaluation results, discuss your journaling and other assignments, and adapt as your ideas and needs begin to shift.
- Summary Report: This is a written document that I will prepare at the end of our time together so that you can take what you have learned with you, in case you need to remember.

I want to help you build a map. A map of your self, your world. You can choose any direction. But first it’s important to orient yourself. In this package you’ll find tools for exploring your own view of the world. For documenting and considering your own cosmological approach. We’ll be pulling back the curtains to reveal how much of the world you take for granted is actual a work of collective imagination. I don’t say this to say that it is false. Only that it is imagined and agreed upon with varying degrees of reliability and consensus.

This is the launching point for arriving at a place of agency wherein you can make conscious decisions about what world you want to live in, who you want to be, how you want your life to go, and what you will do to try to make it so. And no, I do NOT guarantee an outcome. Because I don’t deal in the enticement of false notions of certainty. I deal in liberation for indoctrination through the work and courage of radical self-honesty.

The first step to freedom and is to notice the chains. That’s what this package is meant to help you achieve. It will guide you through questions and critical evaluation while you walk the first steps on a path of discovery.
